This was my first time at Subaru for service. Everybody was very friendly. The service department was very efficient. I was in and out in Less than an hour.

I've been delt a really bad hand over the years everytime I take my car in for any kind of service in the Savannah/Pooler area. This morning I took my Honda Crv to get tires rotated/balanced, alignment and tire patch. I called at 745am on a Friday and they had an 8 o clock available (not always gonna happen that way but I was surprised!) Gordon was very professional and handled my car needs. I also stayed in the lounge area and enjoyed a Cappuccino and hot Chick-fil-A breakfast (another pleasant surprise). The staff are super nice and cordial. The bathrooms were CLEAN. Very satisfied with the service from everyone, especially Gordon. Price was right, and they even washed and cleaned out the car. Chatham Subaru in Pooler will ALWAYS get my business. Regards, Ryan

Mr Pittman, thank you for the staff and environment you’ve cultivated at Subaru Savannah. I noticed and appreciated the music that was playing. I noticed and appreciated how your staff spoke to both myself and to one another. I was disappointed I didn’t get to see Blue and Subie the last day I was there. I do have a few suggestions about ways to streamline the process to expedite customers who are working with brand new employees but quite frankly, I was happy to see the humility and positive attitude of our new sales person. Although he was new, he was honest and genuinely tried to help and find answers. I believe he will be a great employee once he learns a little more. Your older, more senior staff, kept an eye on him and made sure he was doing what he was supposed to do. The entire dealership has an aura and I believe it must come from the top. So, thank you Mr Pittman, for what you have cultivated at Subaru- a Christian owned business that is good and decent to all people who walk in, regardless of their skin color. My experience with Subaru of Pooler was outstanding I was greeted as I walked in the door. I was never left alone unless I needed time to talk to someone about buying my car. They explained absolutely everything that you could possibly want them to explain. They took hours and hours to explain the car and how everything works before and after you purchased the car and made me feel so welcome like I’ve never felt welcomed before when I purchased a car. I have wanted to buy a Subaru for many many years, but I had a good car. I absolutely love my car, but at my age I thought that it was best to get a car that Safety features so I went ahead and treated myself. I was ever so grateful for the people that polar Subaru. They’re fabulous. Do yourself a favor and go see them if you’re looking for one thank you everybody that took time with me to make me feel part of the family so glad I made this choice.

Honestly couldn’t be happier. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. He listened to my needs and concerns, and helped me find what not only met my personal needs but fit into budget as well. All without the usual high pressure tactics we’ve come to know from auto shopping. Finance was a breeze. Everything was clearly explained and made to be as simple as possible. Of course I was offered all the usual extras, but was not made to feel pressured into adding anything I didn’t want. Overall very happy with my experience.

I recently purchased a Subaru Forester in Pooler Ga, and the the experience has been very satisfying. What initially drew me to the Forester was its reputation for reliability, standard all-wheel drive, and strong safety features. Once I started exploring it in person, the vehicle really lived up to the hype. The visibility is excellent, the interior feels open and comfortable, and there’s plenty of cargo space without the SUV feeling bulky. During the buying process, everything felt straightforward and stress-free. I was able to test drive the Forester and get a real feel for how it handles on the road. The ride is smooth, the steering is responsive, and it feels confident and stable—especially compared to other vehicles in its class. It’s practical but still enjoyable to drive. One thing I really appreciate is how user-friendly everything is. The controls are intuitive, the safety technology is well-integrated, and the cabin feels thoughtfully designed. It’s clearly built for everyday use, whether that’s commuting, road trips, or weekend errands. Overall, buying the Subaru Forester was a solid decision. I want to highlight the outstanding experience I have had with Chatham Subaru- specifically the parts department manager, Will. It is rare I am able to say I've developed a good relationship with a retailer, but Chatham Subaru parts has been my go-to for over 4 years now. Not only do I purchase parts for regular maintenance such as fluids, filters, wiper blades, etc., but I also purchase countless accessories and even apparel through Chatham Subaru. The main reason is the level of personal service I get each time I visit. Will goes out of his way to assist me in getting my requests as quickly as possible and does everything in his power to ensure I get what I want or need. He has even physically looked for small parts for me at the dealership to accommodate a last minute need to get a job done same day. The entire department is personable, efficient, and extremely helpful. As an administrator and organizer for a local Subaru enthusiast group, fostering these relationships with local dealerships is crucial. It is of enormous mutual benefit when we can refer local members to a retailer like Chatham Subaru. I hope that Chatham Subaru and Pittman’s leadership will continue to reward the positive impact that Will has on customers in Savannah.

I took my 2023 Outback in because I had a slight vibration when applying the brakes. Dustin and the service team drove my vehicle, acknowledged the problem and began to take steps to resolve it. The first step they took made it better, but not good enough for their standards. They took additional steps (resurfacing all rotors) and now my vehicle drives like it did when I first purchased the vehicle. This is what I expect from a dealership. Great Job Chatham Subaru!

Chatham Subaru treated us less like numbers and more like family. Our experience purchasing both a new Outback Wilderness and a new Crosstrek Wilderness was nothing short of perfect. Once we reached and agreement on the prices, we met with Hezikiah who helped us with all of our paperwork and got us out the door quickly with our new vehicles. Tyler Carr was very helpful. He took note of what I wanted in my next vehicle, and showed viable options. Very knowledgeable about nuances between trim and year model options. Off road test driving is a possibility if that is what you need. Get warranty costs and limitations in writing. Whole process took about 6 hours. Thankful the dealership had snacks.
