"I've been dealt a really bad hand over the years every time I take my car in for any kind of service in the Savannah/Pooler area. This morning I took my Honda CRV to get tires rotated/balanced, alignment and tire patch. I called at 7:45am on a Friday and they had an 8 o'clock available (not always gonna happen that way but I was surprised!) The service advisor was very professional and handled my car needs. I also stayed in the lounge area and enjoyed a cappuccino and hot Chick-fil-A breakfast (another pleasant surprise). The staff are super nice and cordial. The bathrooms were CLEAN. Very satisfied with the service from everyone. Price was right, and they even washed and cleaned out the car. Chatham Subaru in Pooler will ALWAYS get my business."

"I just made a cross-country drive (Eastern Oregon to Savannah) to move my son to the area to compete at Top Gun Savannah. We had a check engine light turn on between Little Rock and Memphis... My husband called Chatham Subaru ahead of our arrival. They said they could squeeze us in the following morning. We got there just before opening and they got us right in. The service advisor handled the details for me and was amazing. He was kind, informed me of what was going to happen and apologized for minor delays (which I reminded him I landed in the middle of his morning and truly appreciated them fitting us in). He got me into a loaner and the staff was able to fix our vehicle within hours. The level of professionalism I watched not just in my case but in the interactions between the staff and other clients as well as among each other was such a wonderful thing to observe."

"I took my 2023 Outback in because I had a slight vibration when applying the brakes. The service advisor and the service team drove my vehicle, acknowledged the problem and began to take steps to resolve it. The first step they took made it better, but not good enough for their standards.
